1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Rent Ridge LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Rent Ridge,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Rent Ridge website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1.2 Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Are a resident of the United States
• Are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Have authority to bind your organization, if applicable

2. Description of Services

Rent Ridge provides a cloud-based property management platform that enables property owners, landlords, and property managers (“Landlord Users”) to manage rental properties, communicate with tenants, collect rent payments, and perform related property management functions. The platform also provides tenants (“Tenant Users”) with tools to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with their landlords.

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Fees

4.1 Subscription Plans

Rent Ridge offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Services without permission

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Rent Ridge LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
